Job Description:
- Implement and oversee e-commerce activities.
- Propose new products for e-commerce channels.
- Facilitate order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
- Provide service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- In charge of e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs across digital platforms.
- Upload and manage product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in an engaging manner.
- Write compelling product descriptions, headlines, and bullet points to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
- Ensure high-quality product images are uploaded, appropriately sized, and optimized for web viewing.
- Monitor product inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the website.
- Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement.
- Any other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.
This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
1) Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher Diploma in Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
2) Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin
3) At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing or Product Management or e-Commerce fields.
4) Applicant must be willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi.
5) Willing to learn and able to multi-tasking.
6) Travelling is required.
7) Committed, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work as a team.
8) Work with internal marketing team to developing effective marketing strategies and plans towards the brand.
