Job Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting
- Perform monthly and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
- Manage the complete set of accounts, covering bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Ensure the accurate finalization of all financial records within deadlines, specifically by the first 7 working days of each month.
Accounts Payable
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including the processing of vendor invoices and employee travel and expense claims, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
External Audit & Taxation Computation
- Coordinate and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with various departments (HQ, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Purchasing) and external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process during peak periods (March and April 2025).
- Work with the appointed tax agent to prepare tax provisions, provide necessary documentation and explanations, and finalize the report by March 2025.
Additional Tasks
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of finance and accounting experience preferred, including full set accounts, external auditors, and SAP software.
- Must be diligent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak season (March & April 2025).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- 1-year fixed-term contract.
