Project Manager (Full Turnkey project) - GSRC

• Responsible for the sub domain project or full domain program delivery of civil & electrical work, power distribution systems, HVAC systems, green energy and other related tasks in the telecommunication related infrastructures, data center facility;
• Undertake as project management positions in the weaving and implementation of delivery plans during projects, ensuring the feasibility and economic feasibility of delivery plans, and be responsible for the overall results of project delivery;
• Responsible for the success of the project implementation, ensure the key performance against the project plan, identifying and managing project resources and work stream dependencies, ensuring deliverables completion and achievement of targets and managing issues and risks;
• Throughout the whole project delivery life cycle, it is possible to organize the monitor, tracking design of solutions, able improve the quality and efficiency of project delivery through appropriate delivery strategies, technical management, and delivery tools, and promote project success;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferably ICT related courses)
• 5 years working experience in Telecommunication and 3 years of project management experience (at least one full outsourcing project life cycle from end to end).
• More than 3 years of experience in data center facility project delivery with experience on large data center delivery over 500 racks.
• Knowledge on installing & testing & accepting for power electrical system & monitoring electrical system & HVAC system, familiar with CME that involved in data centers, or telecommunication related infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience on project management for full project life cycle project delivery, E2E project management role, EPCC characteristic project type.
• Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
• Able to interact well with middle-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
• Able to work well in a team and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members.
