Job Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze the learning needs of various learners within the organization
  • Capture and translate learning needs into effective learning modules, courses, and programs by collaborating with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage multiple learning projects and deadlines effectively and efficiently
  • Develop and design a wide variety of materials, including training modules/performance support, training proposals, training plans, and evaluations with a focus on accuracy and content reuse

Programme Design

  • Design and develop content outline, storyboard and learning materials for instructor-led training programmes (both physical and virtual) using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Design and develop content in form of e-learning, microlearning and blended learning based on instructional design principles and methods (ADDIE and SAM models)
  • Participate in the development projects (for e-learning) from concept to prototype phases, managing and tracking project progress, and developing and delivering the final adaptive learning solutions

Programme Delivery

  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and presentations using appropriate learning technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance learners’ learning experiences
  • Develop engaging and interactive learning experiences and materials that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences
  • Design and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous learning program optimization

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
  • 5 - 7 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in the area of domain.
  • Experience in the area of learning delivery and technology is an added advantage
  • Solid classroom delivery skills and high-performing PC user and an expert in Windows Office Suite.
  • Proficient in using learning technologies, authoring and video conferencing tools, and platforms such as learning management systems (LMS)
  • High proficiency in using multiple and innovative training delivery methods and mediums to include blended learning solutions and online tools such as webcast, podcast, and eLearning.
  • Experience in developing Web-based and blended training materials using authoring tools such as Captivate and Articulate.
  • Creative and instructional design ability necessary.
