Account Executive
Location: Bangsar South Malaysia.

工作职责：
1. 处理全套账目并准备财务报告。
2. 准备付款凭证、借记单、贷记单和日记帐凭证
3. 执行每日和每月应付账款 (AP) 和应收账款 (AR) 操作
4. 确保交易得到正确记录并输入计算机化会计系统
5. 与各个部门、审计师、公司秘书和税务代理联络以生成与会计相关的报告。
6. 妥善归档会计文件，以便记账。
7. 核实员工索赔和供应商发票。
8. 不时分配的其他临时职责。
任职要求 :
1.需要能以中文沟通。
2. 应聘者必须至少拥有 Degree及以上学历，金融 / 会计 / 银行或相关专业背景优先。
3. 至少拥有 3 - 4 年以上的金融 / 会计的工作经验者将会优先考虑。
4. 具备强大的分析能力、积极思考和解决问题的能力。
5. 熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Office套件（特别是Excel、Word和PowerPoint）以及 Accounting Software。
6. 熟练掌握英语书写和口语，以及会说中文将有助于与中文供应商联络。

Job Description:
1. Handle a FULL SET of accounts & prepare a financial report.
2. To prepare payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal voucher
3. Perform daily and monthly account payable (AP) & account receivable (AR) operation
4. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized accounting system
5. Liaise with various departments, auditors, company secretaries, and tax agents to produce accounting-related reports.
6. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping.
7. Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.
2. Applicants must have at least a degree or above, with a background in finance/accounting/banking or related majors preferred.
3. Applicants with at least 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting will be preferred.
4. Strong analytical skills, proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Accounting Software.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as the ability to speak Mandarin will help in liaising with Chinese suppliers.
