Project Manager (Software) - GSRC

• General owner of global carrier software delivery projects and the customer's first contact person,
  responsible for the project delivery phase (planning/cost/quality) and customer satisfaction.
• Streamline front end sales and back end O&M to ensure contract and delivery quality. Participate in
  bidding to improve contract quality when needed.
• Properly and effectively use project management knowledge, tools, and skills to build a team.
• Developthe project operation plan. Develop the project management plan. Schedule and coordinate internal and peripheral resources.
• Manage cooperation subcontractors, ensure efficient project delivery, and improve customer satisfaction.
• The position is oriented to global telecom carriers, delivering projects in more than 140 countries. The involved products and solutions are the core services of telecom carriers, such as the billing center, operation support platform, and value added services.

Requirements:

• Service skill requirements:
  - Be able to proficiently use the ten knowledge domains of PMP for project management during delivery, have strong scope/change management capabilities at the customer interface, and have strong internal process traversal and communication capabilities.
  - Be able to effectively guide customer requirements, control the project scope, and have a strong sense of project operation and control capability.
• Professional knowledge requirements:
  - Have a good command of the ten knowledge domains of PMP project management and have at least eight years of experience in software delivery project management.
  - Flexibly use the following project management domains: scope management, change management, integration management, stakeholder management, and value management.
