Position Summary
- Provide administration and clerical support to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Assist Quality Assurance Manager to coordinate, implement and monitor quality systems and risk management in support of the hospital business strategy, goals and objectives.
- Assist Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in all aspects of programs to ensure a good quality culture and openness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality standards and service excellence.
- Disseminate new and revised quality related policies, programs and practices to the staffs.
- Involve in the preparation of internal audit schedules and assist with internal audit and audit results
- Assist in dosing the non-conformances identified of post-audit report for submission to relevant group-person concerned.
- Receive and compile complete incident reports.
- Monitor of hospital external certification and accreditation.
- Assist QAM in tracking renewal / application of certificate/ license/permit. 8. Assist QAM in risk assessment and risk controls discussion and process.
- Assist to coordinate yearly risk register review process of all department/ services. 10. Assist QAM in provision of quality assurance training for all employees.
- Collect and compile monthly census or statistical data from the relevant departments for submission to management office.
- Monitor annual safety and emergency/ disaster activities are being carried out by each related team.
- Keep Quality Assurance files in good condition, organized and up to date.
- Assist QAM in organizing committee meetings as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned and/ or directed.
Education and Requirements
- Diploma in any healthcare discipline or any related field. Medical or Nursing background would an added advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to work with people and work under pressure.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
