Responsibilities (Business development)

  • DEVELOP SALES : for online chanel like : website, tiktok & etc. (with commision return)
  • DEVELOP LOYALTY PROGRAM : Increase the number of members for “Bawang Community”.

Responsibilities (Events)

  • PLAN AND ORGANIZE : monthly events/campaigns, seminars for the brand and Bawang community.
  • CREATIVE MARKETING : Make good use of marketing budget & develop strategic plans/activity to boost exposure for the brand.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understands social media, content creation, and how to get the brand seen online in a creative & effective way.
  • Experienced at planning events and building a passionate community.
  • Uses data to understand what works and manages budgets effectively.
  • Keeps things on track and meets deadlines.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • A big plus if you have experience in FMCG, beauty, or hair care industry.
