Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about tours and other related travel services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction
  • Communicate with various suppliers such as Tour operators, Hotel, Transportation &, etc
  • Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips, including resolving any issues or complaints they may have
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Ad-hoc tasks from management as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and applications
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Working Hours & Location:

  • 9am - 6pm, 1 hour lunch break
  • 5.5 working days a week, work from home on Wednesdays & Saturdays
  • Working Location: Office at City Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
