Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about tours and other related travel services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences and providing personalized service to ensure their satisfaction
- Communicate with various suppliers such as Tour operators, Hotel, Transportation &, etc
- Provide support to clients before, during, and after their trips, including resolving any issues or complaints they may have
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Ad-hoc tasks from management as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and applications
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Working Hours & Location:
- 9am - 6pm, 1 hour lunch break
- 5.5 working days a week, work from home on Wednesdays & Saturdays
- Working Location: Office at City Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
