  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility includes order fulfillment of Custom Molecular Biology Services.
  • Responsible for the quality output of Orders by monitoring and ensure alignment of SOPs
  • Being the first reference in regards of repeat / redo/ rework of Orders when internal quality control fails, or equivalent condition meets.
  • Responsible to review and optimize SOPs to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Assist Process Engineer and Service Engineer when it is related to diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct the failure(s) in Orders or equipment.
  • Responsible for generating Test Reports to Assistant Production Manager and/ or Quality Manager for approval, which is based on the requirements of ISO/IEC systems.
  • Responsible for monthly stock inventory reports and assist Assistant Production Manager for stock procurement.
  • Assist Assistant Production Manager in laboratory maintenance matters.

Requirements

  • Master / Degree in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences is preferred
  • Molecular biology background is an added advantage
  • At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and non-smoker
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Meticulous personality
  • Computer literate
