  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently hiring a Mandarin-speaking Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. You will play an important role in recruiting top talent and contribute to our company’s growth across multiple regions, including Asia and MENA.

About the role:

  • You’ll be able to lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles.
  • You’ll be able to develop and implement innovative strategies that draw the best candidates to our company.
  • Partnering with business leaders, you’ll gain a deep understanding of workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Your insights and recommendations will help refine our recruitment process and support our company’s goals.
  • You’ll also play a key role in enhancing our employer brand through engaging social media campaigns and job fairs.
  • You’ll guide new employees through a seamless orientation program, helping them integrate smoothly into our company culture.

What is required of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in in-house talent acquisition or recruitment agency.
  • If you have experience in regional recruiting, you'll have a strong advantage!
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts; other foreign languages will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
