To prepare necessary Technical Report and submission (Tech Line and Field Report).
Manage all warranty defective parts as per Honda Malaysia warranty policies.
Act as window person to communicate with Honda Malaysia with regards to warranty claims rejection, re-submission, and payment matters
To manage and ensure all warranty claims are submitted timely, correctly and rejected claims are being resubmitted within the given time and to reduce loss in warranty claims.
To submit reports to Honda Malaysia QIC and Technical support for any warranty case
To ensure all defective parts are properly stored and accounted for.
To prepare and submit Product Update ( PUD ) report.
To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in warranty administration, automotive service and repair or related field.
Possess basic computer skills
Possess basic reading and writing skills in English & Malay
