Job Description:

  • Execute task that requested by Superiors or Top Managements.
  • To conduct weekly in-house meeting.
  • To attend subcon quality performance meeting with all presentation material preparation.
  • To prepare presentation material for weekly Line NC SCM presentation.
  • Monthly Subcon vendor PPIT Presentation to SCM QC management.
  • Online finding & Internal CAR corrective action verification (CAR).
  • Feedback to respective department on problem found and follow up closely to ensure proper corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence.
  • To assist Production Dept. on engineering matters such as technical trouble shooting (NC analysis).
  • Top 3 Quality result record & monitoring.
  • Quality Audit to maintained and improve company quality concept.
  • To perform quality improvement based on internal and external customers complaints.
  • Is responsible for the customer quality assurance through implementation of an effective customer complaint handling approach and the facilitation of the customer audits.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face.
  • Liaises with internal section/department pertaining to quality issue feedback from customer.
  • Replying customer corrective action report on timely basics.
  • Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
  • Effectively interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
  • To handle Customer projects (Quality) as in-house coordinator.
  • Conduct supplier and internal quality audit activities.
  • Identifying and recording quality problem relating to the product or process.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Cert/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Independent, willing to learn and accept challenges.
  • Discipline, hardworking, able to work overtime and good working attitudes, good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand English language and good in calculation.
