CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / (Property / Building Management) (1 year Contract)

Job Overview

We are seeking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations of our real estate business through providing excellent customer service to prospects, tenants, and partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners, address their concerns and complaints, and provide assistance through App, email or phone when needed.
• Mediate disputes between tenants and address any issues related to tenant behaviour or compliance with lease agreements.
• Coordinate with contractors, partners and tenants to ensure maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Assist in ensuring rental payments, utility bills, late fees, and other charges are collected.
• Working Location: Malaysia, Johor Bahru-Iskandar Puteri (Eco Botanic)

• Passion for creating positive experiences for tenants and helping others.
• At least 3 years of experience in providing hotel industry/ service-oriented or any related field preferred. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge or interest in property management business is a plus.
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Able to work rotation shift, Sunday and Public Holiday
