  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years and above working experience with an Internet service provider or enterprise-level network engineering.
  • DWDM & optical transport and transceiver knowledge.
  • Familiar with Network Management System and OAM concept.
  • System engineering, test and link analysis skills with vendor-specific tools (OSA , OTDR , Bert- 10/100g, Power meter).
  • Knowledge of industry standards, fiber/fiber management, electronics, AC-DC Wiring.
  • Ability to use Visio , Excel, Power point, MS- Office.
  • Experience with as-built documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, works well with minimal supervision, ability to troubleshoot problems under pressure and provide analysis to senior management. Ability to train and mentor lower tier technicians.
  • Work with vendors for quotes, service restoration and equipment returns.
  • Work well with minimal supervision.
  • Own Transport (Car). Willing to travel within Klang Valley/Peninsular Malaysia.
  • On-Call 24/7.
