Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in business development with at least 5 years managerial experience in similar field.
  • Strong expertise in B2B sales pipeline management and marketing management and strong corporate acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking, organizing, planning, control, execution, good presentation and communication abilities skills.
  • Assertive, self-confident and matured with good problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead the sales cycle from concept to close.
  • Able to work independently and proven aptitude for achieving performance objectives with little guidance.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • New customers acquisition focus on Importers, Wholesalers and Modern Trade Customers, expecting to reach out customers through Cold Calling and Physical Visit for business proposal presentation and closing the deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management. Manage customer relationships across the entire customer lifecycle, spanning marketing, sales, digital commerce, and customer service interactions.
  • Sales & Profitability. Prepares sales forecasts and KPI reporting, managing sales and marketing budget, review sales performance and provide sales analysis reports, and to achieve sales & collections goals.
  • Sales Forecast Accuracy. Providing monthly, quarterly sales forecast by categories and SKU in your assigned region.
  • Market Intelligent. Monitoring Exhibitions in the local market, competition and Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance in sales processes and procedures, ensure all Sales Processes, Marketing Spends and Payment Processes are in-compliance to the company’s policies.
