  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Recruitment Consultant is a crucial position for PERSOLKELLY as a service provider in HR solutions, especially our recruitment services. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing and placing candidates, managing client relationships, and driving business development. You will act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Job Description:

  • Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships.
  • Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs.
  • Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities.
  • Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.
  • Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals, and social media.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications.
  • Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview).
  • Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation / advice.
  • Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients.
  • Achieve individual KPIs & sales target.

Requirements / Qualification:

  • Possess 1-2 years of experience in the HR / Recruitment field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual (willing to work in sales bounded role).
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
  • Customer service and sales oriented
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Confident and pleasant personality.
