  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Fresh Graduate Program of Huawei Malaysia is ongoing. This program offers outstanding local talents fixed-term contracts for an accelerated career, to boost their career while participating in multiple countries' ICT development.

Target Audience:

  • Fresh graduate who is going to graduate or has graduated in year 2023 and 2024.
  • Undergraduate students who are looking for internship placement in year 2024.

    • Job Descriptions

    1. Responsible for delivery of OSS/IES/OWS projects, including:

    • Support and evaluate the accessibility of remote delivery and identify/manage technical risks during implementation of the global project;
    • Design the OSS/IES/OWS system networking, install and commission of software/hardware, and ensure service rollout.
    • Able to integrate and deliver network devices, NMSs, and third-party systems, and be responsible for tackling and resolving major technical issues during project delivery.

    2. Effectively communicate with junior-level customers or internal personnel about technical solutions, project plans, and progresses and ensure customer satisfaction so that are no valid complaints from internal and external customers.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in Software Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications or any relevant courses.
  • Understand telecom services, have a certain understanding of the technology development trend in the domain, and be familiar with the current and future major technology development directions.
  • Possesses good communication skills, able to correctly understand and effectively analyze customer requirements, provide feasible solutions according to customer requirements according to existing solutions and SOPs.
  • Able to interact well with junior-level customers on technical solution, project plan, and project progress.
  • Able to work well in a team, and achieve targets given by cooperating with team members.
