Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP B1 Application Consultant proficient in leading implementations, crafting customized solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. This role is open to dynamic ERP professionals, including fast learners with other ERP system experience. Encouraging adaptability and excellence in driving successful projects, this position ensures smooth system adoption by analyzing business needs, guiding system design, and skillfully liaising between technical and business teams.

Responsibilities:

Implementation Leadership: Lead and manage SAP B1 implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, and deployment phases.

Solution Architect: Design, develop, and customize SAP B1 solutions to meet client requirements while adhering to best practices and standards..

Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, conduct thorough analysis, and recommend SAP B1 solutions that optimize business processes.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions to end-users and client stakeholders. Offer ongoing support and guidance post-implementation.

Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of solutions, configurations, and processes for reference and future use.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with SAP B1 enhancements, industry trends, and best practices. Identify opportunities for system improvements and suggest innovative solutions.

Career Growth: Proven ability to work independently and manage customer and consultant interactions. Guide and lead consultants to become senior consultants, with the next career progression being Project Manager.

Qualification:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP B1 Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Education: Bachelor's, Master’s degree, or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.

Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Associate Consultant role.

Soft Skills: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and technical teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address challenges. Leadership qualities and the ability to manage and lead SAP B1 implementation projects effectively.

Expertise: Profound knowledge of SAP Business One modules and functionalities, including finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and production.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SQL, Crystal Reports, and relevant programming languages. Knowledge of SDK (Software Development Kit) is a plus.

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage SAP B1 implementation projects from initiation to completion.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

Certifications: SAP Business One certification or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
