Job Responsibilities
- Design effective training programs according to company requirements.
- Conduct workshops, individual training session etc.
- Prepare training materials.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs for all employees besides maintaining their training records.
- Work closely with HOD to identify departmental training needs and conduct annual training needs analysis.
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain & Upkeep Training Records
- Prepare & Execute annual training calendar.
- To be fully compliant with company’s policies and procedures.
- Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management
Job Responsibilities
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies or any other equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in training / education related
- Must be proficiency in MS Office, Excel & PPT
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communications skills
