Facilities Engineer

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Technically sound and capable.
• Able to write and communicate well in English and Bahasa.
• 2 years of experience in hospital facility management.

• To delegate, coordinate, manage, supervise and monitor all technician's maintenance and repair works in compliance with good engineering practice and ensure satisfactory completion on time.
• Manage and implement the scheduling and recording of daily inspection checklist, work orders or service request in line with the Computer Maintenance Management System requirements.
• Liaise with electrical, utilities, amenities and maintenance vendors on work carried out for providing services or repairs.
• Implement and maintain QMS and Occupational Safety & Health Management systems.
• Assist in sourcing vendors/contractors for maintenance works, projects, work order and to give technical advice to management to aid decision making process.
