Responsibility
- Assist sales team to manage phone calls and correspondence (text messages etc.)
- Assist in replying to FB messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Etc
- Assist in collection of outstanding payment from customers.
- Assist in daily book keeping function such as prepare Invoice, Prepare & follow up payments & etc.
- To prepare, handle and maintaining accurate day-to-day bookkeeping & accounting transactions.
- Assist in handling account receivable routine operation (Issue invoice, issue CN, follow up payment.
- Any ad-hoc assignment from immediate superior/ Management.
- Assist customer inquiry and complaints.
