- Minimum 3 years and above experience in Enterprise desktop support experience
- Exposure to ITIL delivery processes
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Ability to work as a team member with good team spirit
- Experience on Remote desktop support, MS SCCM Client and Disk keeper disk wipe software
- Good experience in installation and troubleshooting MS office, Adobe Acrobat, MS outlook, MS Visio , MS project, MS Internet Explorer and other standard desktop applications
- Good understanding about tiered infrastructure support services in a managed services model
- Operations, Technical Support (including B/F, Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Mobile Devices, etc.) including IMAC;
- Tech bar / IT Solution Centre;
- Audio/Video Support (technical support for Voice and Video conferencing);
- Incident & Request Management Support;
- Preventive Maintenance Support;
- Digital Lockers & Vending Machines;
- Stock Management / Asset Management;
- Support for Asset Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services;
- Co-ordination with the other support groups and Domains;
- Provide assistance for antivirus management;
- Providing remote support to users in Indonesia;
- Hands & Eye Support;
- VIP Support;
