Responsibilities:

  • Make recommendations for strategies to expand our market position & propose strategies for winning or maintaining our position against the competition.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and operating plans.
  • Achieve brand target and manage marketing spend. Deliver Marketing activity on time achieve brand awareness.
  • Performance analysis – Review brand performance, analyse and provide plan to improve brand’s market share.
  • Development to ensure uniformity of packaging and brand positioning
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for few brands based on seasonal product launches, consumer insight, best practice, market, and brand positioning.
  • Maintain content calendars and social roadmap to identify customer mindsets and collaborative opportunities.
  • Consistently communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deliver of projects.
  • Liaise and work closely with team on campaign, creative, media, social media management to design & successfully execute holistic marketing campaigns
  • Oversee and manage contests, giveaways and other digital campaigns and evaluates partnership on an ongoing basis.
  • Critically analyze social media metrics and utilize data to make recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the content on official web pages for both brands.
  • Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs/projects.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
  • Product strategy: lead on the creation of the recommended product strategy and roadmap for the product line based on business objectives within the brand portfolio
  • Pricing and packaging: Contribute to establishing pricing models, launch schedules, product selling story, merchandise guidelines, and launch support.
  • Business/ Launch plan: to propose recommendations for appropriate launch plan, sales targets, and launch support
  • Performance analysis – monitor product performance for existing and new products, understand the win/ loss of the product performance with product lifecycle & profitability evaluation & provide recommendation monitoring

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 years related experience in a similar role in marketing, advertising or digital communications. At least 3 years in managerial role to lead the team.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and monitor trends.
  • Knowledge of key digital marketing concepts, channels, and methods, including social media, Google Analytics, etc. Creative and on-trend with experience in marketing on digital platforms that inform and engage.
  • Any experience within the food and beverage and hospitality industries would be highly regarded, but it is not essential.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and passionate about sales & marketing channels.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
  • Adaptable and creative with the ability to solve problems.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
