  • Filing documents properly into respective file

  • Arrange delivery trip
  • Order lalamove for customer and follow up and liase with the site
  • Key in products into the system
  • Open purchase order and fax to suppliers after receiving and compiling salesperson order
  • Keep track on the pending items for items order in order to complete the order
  • Call site person and liase with our drivers so less mistake will happen
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Must know well in word, excel
  • Knows about basic account
  • Know how to use autocount
  • Able to work on time
  • Attendance must be good.
  • Punctuality and able to complete work on time
  • Do not apply if you cannot work 6 days in a weeks
