- Able to key in ar payment/card details
- Open quotation/sales order/invoice
- Debtor management / debtor aging price tag
- Filing documents properly into respective file
- Complete company adhoc in time
- Arrange delivery trip
- Order lalamove for customer and follow up and liase with the site
- Key in products into the system
- Open purchase order and fax to suppliers after receiving and compiling salesperson order
- Keep track on the pending items for items order in order to complete the order
- Call site person and liase with our drivers so less mistake will happen
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Must know well in word, excel
- Knows about basic account
- Know how to use autocount
- Able to work on time
- Attendance must be good.
- Punctuality and able to complete work on time
- Do not apply if you cannot work 6 days in a weeks
- Salary range : (based on experience)
