Take ownership to ensure delivery targets
Responsible for preparing personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignments. Works with functional teams to translate the demand to actual order across SEA region.

As a Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing the HSE 5 fundamentals every day,during every job,and every task
  • Enabling flawless execution by assuring competent field personnel resource availability to meet activity forecast and demand (short,mid and longterm).
  • Balancing resource demand across their area. Monitoring and optimizing personnel utilization
    whilst minimizing overtime
  • Communicationing and coordinationing with Service Delivery Coordinators and Logistics teams to ensure competent personnel to the customer worksite.
  • Coordinating training and competence assessment for field personnel.
  • Assigning crew and coordinating mobilization in coordination with the Service Delivery Coordinator and service delivery technical team based on job technical requirements,customer requirements.


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Diploma from accredited Institution with minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling or planning that invloves in preparing personnel resource plan, forecast assignemetns
  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Have solid experience in operating Power BI and MS Office.
