As an Intern in the Operations team, you will support the team by creating and updating technical documentation, streamlining processes, and providing operational support. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn about banking operations and develop skills in technical writing and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Perform transaction related activities and assist with the daily processing of deposits and withdrawals under supervision.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining clear and concise operational manuals, process guides, and SOPs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify existing workflows and support the team in implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Regulatory Reporting: Assist with the preparation of periodic regulatory and compliance reports as required.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide general support to the team on various tasks, including gathering data for reports

Requirements

  • Currently between studies or a recent graduate, available for 4 to 6 months.
  • Proficiency in basic English is essential for effective interaction with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Interest in banking or financial operations (experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and SQL is a plus.
