Presales Consultant (Network Security)

• Responsible to provide technical solutions to new & existing customers in ICT networking & security solutions. • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with partners and end users; to articulate the vendor’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. • To provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements. • To attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements & ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations & solution demonstrations internally and externally. • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders. • Create internal design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations. • Participation in preparing tender document/compliance table for tender request • To conduct site survey on customer’s existing network setup to obtain sufficient information required.
