Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team.

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and compile reports
  • Liaising with other staff about a range of matters relating to the organization's operations Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Produce reports and briefs
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
