- Cook food dishes by follow hotel recipes standard ensure the consistence in the food.
- Clean and organized kitchen following the Safety and Health regulation make sure foods are stored properly
- Menu planning and assist on the menu, plating presentation according to hotel standard
- Inventory management, monitor inventory ordering supplies check and receive item delivered is in good and fresh condition.
- Have a startup mind to handle kitchen issues.
