  • Assist in managing promotional events or marketing campaigns related to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team.
  • Malaysia SPM, A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and sales techniques.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-service orientation.
