Sales Support Executive
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Contact clients to follow up on quotations provided, ensuring a timely response and addressing any client concerns.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, or contract conditions with clients as needed to close deals.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and generate regular sales reports.
- Follow up on sales progress to ensure targets are met and address any delays or issues promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
- Track sales orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Communicate and collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist in managing promotional events or marketing campaigns related to sales.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team.
- Malaysia SPM, A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
