  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Supervisor to oversee our steel fabrication projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fabrication projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor fabrication teams, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and morale.

- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet industry standards and client specifications.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Resource Management: Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and change orders, and prepare regular progress reports for management.

- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma?Certificate in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to read and interpret construction and technical drawings.
