- Maintain the use of packaging materials and tools, ensuring the work area is clean and organized.
- Communicate daily with logistics companies to arrange for parcel pickups, ensuring parcels are collected on time.
- Handle preparation tasks before and after packaging, such as printing labels and organizing parcels.
- Collaborate with company arrangements during peak promotional periods to complete high-volume packaging tasks.
- Coordinate solutions for any unexpected situations with logistics companies to ensure parcels are delivered to the logistics center promptly, avoiding shipping delays.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s SOP processes to prevent errors or delays due to personal oversight.
- Flexibly adjust working hours based on company arrangements to ensure efficient shipping during promotional days.
