Job description:

Air Conditioning Sales & Services:

Perform routine check on HVAC systems (split unit air-con, cassette air-con, VRV, refrigerator, inverter, non-inverter & etc.), including air-con maintenance, general cleaning, chemical cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing parts as needed.
Keep accurate records of air-con maintenance and repair work.
To plan and execute day-to-day air-con service sales for internal & external client.
Service follow-up and ensure good business relationship.

Maintenance and Repair (Handyman):

Performing maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaking water taps, plumbing work, repairing broken doors, completing simple electrician tasks such as rewiring etc. (services such as mechanical & electrical, plumbing & electricity).

Purchasing Materials Needed for Repair Works:

Knowing places where materials such as light bulbs, taps, doorknobs etc. are sold and purchasing these materials within allocated budget

Others:

Works closely with property in-charge and team to ensure all units is in good and acceptable condition.
Carries out property visits to ensure that property is in operational condition.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job requirements:

Applicants must possess at least Certificate/ Diploma in electrical, mechanical or any related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Air-con maintenance & service working environment.
Must have valid driving license.
Frequent traveling from places to places is required.
Able to work independently.
