- Handle and ensure accuracy of daily cash collection
- Prepare daily collection report
- Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate and issue receipts
- To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
- Responsible for daily administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply OR with work experience as a Retail Cashier or similar role.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register.
- Good math skills.
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills..
- Cash handling, POS system & customer service skills
