- Identify current trends and competitors of each industry.
- Collect and analyse market information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Preparing quotation, internal breakdown and contracts
- Handling site inspection (appointments and walks in)
- Attending daily BEO briefing
- Attending weekly catering meeting
- Attending daily sales briefing
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
- Handling events preparation documentation such as BEO, Floor plan, change log, suppliers orders and etc, to ensure event runs smoothly.
- Collecting full payments from clients according to schedule.
- Liaise with clients for events information with event checklist.
- Converting wedding sales business to achieve catering budget, and exceed it.
- Handle in-coming leads and ensure proposal has been sent out accordingly.
- Follow up every enquiry closely to secure the business.
- Build good relationship and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.
- Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
