  • Follow an established script and sales process to persuade customers to take a desired action such as making a purchase or booking an appointment

  • Able to speak English, Malaysia or Mandarin (advantage).
  • Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry / No experience also welcoming.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion.
  • Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
