- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products or services
- Follow an established script and sales process to persuade customers to take a desired action such as making a purchase or booking an appointment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made, including details of conversations, outcomes and follow-up requirements
- Qualify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated and sales made
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and referrals
- Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends and competitor activity
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.
- Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.
- Following up with new business opportunities Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
- SPM and above.
- Able to speak English, Malaysia or Mandarin (advantage).
- Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry / No experience also welcoming.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion.
- Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
