Key Responsibilities:

  • Update data entry daily transactions into the system.
  • Follow up with clients and partners regarding on payment.
  • Maintain Finance organized records.
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Participate in annual audits.
  • Compiling staff claim & bills.
  • Filling of office (related with finance documentation)
  • Perform other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Have a Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures will be added as advantages.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Certificate in Finance/ Account or Equivalent/ Diploma/ SPM.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
