Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Ara Damansara
Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese.
- Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
