Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

We are a dynamic company focused on enhancing our online presence in the beauty and skincare market. We are seeking an SNS Marketing Manager to maximize brand visibility through effective social media marketing, particularly on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

• SNS Platform Management: Optimize brand visibility on social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Content Strategy Development: Create and implement engaging and creative content strategies to effectively promote our products and brand story.
• Market Research and Analysis: Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and sales data to inform marketing strategies.
• Promotion Planning: Design and execute seasonal and event-based promotional strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Customer Engagement: Actively communicate with customers via social media, responding promptly to inquiries and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English; Korean speakers are preferred.
• SNS Marketing Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing, especially on TikTok.
• Creative Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and understand market trends.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Work Environment:

• In-office position (near Sunway Velocity)
• Collaborative team environment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Expected hours: 40 hours/week
