Contract - CNC Machinist

We are looking for a CNC Machinist;

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to create CNC programming with MasterCam
• Able to use SolidWork (required basic skills) to interpret engineering drawings.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, manuals, specification together with process engineering and determine on the process sequences, control, method, and tools in product realization
• Directly involved in first article and test cut part fabrication
• Able to assist in CNC machine setup
• Involved in jig and fixture design and fabrication
• Troubleshooting process & machine related problem
• Maintain CNC program and manage change control
• Assist in provide training to machinist on CNC machine operation and fundamental requirement
• Maintain high standard of quality control
• Any other task that may assign by the superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Diploma/ Advanced/ Certificate/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical/Machine of equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in programming, setting, operate and run CNC Machine
• Set up, adjust and operate CNC Machine
• Ensure product is dimensionally & cosmetically as per drawing requirement
• To perform inspection by using proper measuring equipment according to drawing
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, adaptor, machine and department area
