Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Account Payable & Receivable, Monthly Reports.
- Monitor Overdue or Outstanding payment from debtors.
- Cheque preparation and online banking transaction
- Develop and update Admin system to be more efficient
- To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
- liaison between external supplier and customers on documentation
- Payroll and Benefits Admin
- Arrange company event if necessary
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, Excel, Power Point.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- No working experience is required as training on the job will be provided.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to start work as soon as possible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
