  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirement :

  • Requirement at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree, Professional Degree in Civil

Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape architecture, or related.

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in related field for this position.
  • Well known in structure/hardscape work and can read construction drawings

properly.

  • Energetic, responsible, and passionate in structure/hardscape work.

Job Descriptions :

  • Reporting to the Site Engineer/Landscape Architect.
  • To ensure and maintain all construction drawings and be conversant in project site

paperwork.

  • To maintain according to work instructions and procedures related to the scope of

work or Contract/Bill of Quantities.

  • To implement, coordinate, and check any setting out, and levelling for

structure/hardscape work properly before inspection.

  • Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and

resolving any problems, technical issues, or discrepancies.

  • Coordination with sub-contractors to ensure all work in accordance to specification and

drawings.

  • Coordination with Client, Consultants, Clerk-of-Works on site matters especially

inspection & site issue.

  • On-site arrangement, and supervision of the site implementation.
  • To assist in site meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings when

required.

  • Recording daily activities and preparing daily report/site diary.
  • To ensure all works are avoided from material wastage at all times.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance

standards, specifications, and safety purposes.

  • To update manpower attendance, materials, machinery/equipment required for the site a

head before work starts.

  • To undertake any other duties assigned by the Site Engineer /Landscape Architect

and practice good site governance

  • Working hour : 8:00am - 4.30pm (Monday to Saturday)
