  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job description

1. Responsible to help TSO at PTG or PDT at Terengganu under portfolio to support e-Tanah System.

2. Assisting and helping user by taking them through step-by-step procedures either over the phone or in person.

3. Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.

4. Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals.

5. Properly escalate unresolved queries and issues to the next level of support.

6. Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.

7. Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.

8. The role reports directly to the TSO Project Manager and based at Terengganu

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
