Surveillance Executive (Retail)

SURVEILLANCE EXECUTIVE (RETAIL)

You will be primarily responsible to monitor company’s retail stores network and ensure appropriate standards are maintained at all times. Any incidents of non-compliance – SOPs, Security, Team behaviors', Visuals etc are identified and reported to the relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate will need to have a sharp observation and focus to carry out impactful continuous CCTV surveillance at retail stores. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent operational standards at our stores.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

CCTV Surveillance:

To carry out active surveillance (Live & Playback) at allocated stores to ensure adherence to expected operational as well as service standards and report any non-compliance to relevant stakeholders.

• Live Surveillance only

Daily Checklists:

Timely completion of the Daily checklists and reports for all stores assigned by the Team Lead.

Immediate Notification:

Ensure immediate communication to the relevant PIC in case any incident of non-compliance is identified.

Support Requests:

To assist with any other department related support requests from stakeholders in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Min 1-2 years experience in Retail Industry (Store Operations/Audit/Compliance).
• Fresh graduates with a strong motivation to learn and build a career in Luxury Retail are also encouraged to apply.
• Sharp attention to detail and excellent observational skills. Able to maintain focus for continuous surveillance.
• Flexible to work in shifts (if required)
• Fluent English, both in written and spoken.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
