Key Task and Responsibilities
- Reply customer enquiries from Whatsapp
- Update daily menu and promotion on whatsapp status
- Save customers number in the company’s phone
- Keep a record of leads from Whatsapp
- To handle and manage all Sundaydo orders including cafe orders from Whatsapp
- Handling all good feedback and complaints from customers.
- Responsible for customers’ satisfaction and good customer service.
- To maintain current and potential customers' relationships.
- To follow up and liaise with clients and vendors.
- And such other tasks or undertakings in accordance with the instructions of the company as may be necessary to perform above.
Requirement : Diploma

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm, 6 days per week
