Key Task and Responsibilities

  • Reply customer enquiries from Whatsapp
  • Update daily menu and promotion on whatsapp status
  • Save customers number in the company’s phone
  • Keep a record of leads from Whatsapp
  • To handle and manage all Sundaydo orders including cafe orders from Whatsapp
  • Handling all good feedback and complaints from customers.
  • Responsible for customers’ satisfaction and good customer service.
  • To maintain current and potential customers' relationships.
  • To follow up and liaise with clients and vendors.
  • And such other tasks or undertakings in accordance with the instructions of the company as may be necessary to perform above.

Requirement : Diploma

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm, 6 days per week

Training will be provided.
