Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance:

· Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, focusing on ovens and freezers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

· Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Asset Tagging:

· Perform asset tagging for all company-owned restaurants, ensuring accurate documentation of equipment usage and location.

· Maintain an updated inventory of tagged assets for tracking and auditing purposes.

Inventory Management:

· Assess and manage the inventory of spare parts needed for ovens and freezers, ensuring availability for timely repairs.

· Collaborate with suppliers to procure necessary spare parts as needed.

Vending Machines:

· Learn about the operation and maintenance of vending machines within the organization.

· Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to vending machines.

Ad Hoc Maintenance Issues:

· Address any maintenance issues that arise at headquarters, the central kitchen, or restaurant locations promptly.

· Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure swift resolution of technical problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,241.60 per month
