  • Responsible for salary calculation and ensuring timely payment of salaries.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave and overtime, and generate relevant reports.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling and onboarding training.
  • Execute the resignation process, including exit interviews and paperwork.
  • Handles employee relations issues, answers employee questions and resolves complaints.
  • Maintain personnel files, ensure employee information is accurate and manage HR related documents.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Language requirement is English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
  • Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
  • Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and labor regulations.
