- Responsible for salary calculation and ensuring timely payment of salaries.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave and overtime, and generate relevant reports.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling and onboarding training.
- Execute the resignation process, including exit interviews and paperwork.
- Handles employee relations issues, answers employee questions and resolves complaints.
- Maintain personnel files, ensure employee information is accurate and manage HR related documents.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Language requirement is English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
- Good at organizing HR documents and files in a systematic manner
- Able to communicate well both in writing and orally
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and labor regulations.
