  • Client Relationship Management & Business Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs. Actively seek new business opportunities, expand the client base, promote the company’s recruitment services, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Attract and identify top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, direct search, industry networks). Screen and assess candidates to ensure they match client needs.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
  • Industry Knowledge & Advisory Role: Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to become a trusted industry advisor, providing clients with optimal recruitment advice.
  • Negotiation & Partnership Development: Negotiate recruitment service terms, fees, and employment offers, ensuring a win-win partnership for clients, candidates, and the team.
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing valuable feedback and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sharing experience and knowledge to support colleagues in achieving company-wide goals and fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture.
  • Flexible Responsibilities: In addition to routine tasks, you will handle Ad-hoc assignments as required by the company, including but not limited to assisting with special projects, managing urgent recruitment needs, or traveling when necessary to support client demands. You should be able to adapt to changes and handle diverse tasks and challenges flexibly.
  • Education: Diploma and above.
  • Experience: Fresh graduate / With at least 2-3 years of recruitment, HR, or sales experience, preferably with a background in headhunting or executive search.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong ability to actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of various industries, with the ability to quickly grasp client needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Resilience & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, maintain a positive work attitude, and adapt to changing circumstances, including handling ad-hoc tasks and urgent matters as required.
