  • Ensure all procedures are accurately followed, including call flows, data entry, and complaint management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service.

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in customer success or customer relationship roles.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Language Requirement: Must be a ---Chinese---/Mandarin speaker.
  • Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
